Honeywell Air app – connected, but nothing works
After downloading the Honeywell Air app and pairing it with the air purifier, the device shows as connected but almost every function in the app stays disabled or greyed out. Basic features like changing fan speed, mode, or turning the purifier on/off from the app either do not respond or cannot be tapped at all, which defeats the whole point of a “smart” purifier.

The automation feature doesn’t work as marketed
The automations are buggy. I tried to setup a custom “if-then”automation to trigger the fan speed above a certain PM2.5 value. The automation triggers but always sets the speed to 1
A lot of scope for improvements
First of all there are so many bugs. Even though I set the correct location, it displays the air data of a different location.
Secondly, there is no option to turn off the bright lights of the airtouch v5 model without putting it on sleep mode. Its display is very bright which is annoying at night.
Thirdly, on the home page, there is no chart being made to compare the pm2.5 levels and the indoor pm2.5 value is shown 0.
Fourthly, there is no option for dark mode in the app
