App not user friendly
I have been a customer of Honeywell for many years.Theyare consistently a company that makes it hard to do business with them. It’s hard to imagine a company that makes it hard to give them money(Msp payments).
One stop shop
This is great! Has some great training videos and all pilot guides free of charge.
This app is worthless
On several occasions I have attempted to get this app to work. I have attempted to get technical help via the app only to find the data fields in the drop down menus were not populated. Not a fan.

These gives me access to all the documents that I need really fast... I really love it!
Frustrating login failures!
This app requires a new password every time you try and use it. Even after multiple successful password changes and user ID validations, it still says "password invalid". Tried emailing support and have as yet received no reply! Useless app has now been deleted!
