Great game but Horrible ADs
I would give it more starts if there was an AD free version.
This is by far one of the better Hong Kong style game available. I like how the direction of the game and each seat is displayed. The tile are big so I can see clearly. I wish there was a chicken had option but its not a deal breaker. Now to the ADs. I have a hard time figuring out how to close the ADs , my elderly mom has an even harder time on the iPad. Every AD acts differently with some having an obvious “X” while other is a big mystery. If there was a paid version that was AD free I would be the 1st to pay.

Sucks you can’t actually win
Doesn’t actually let you win. Only way to win is if you toss one away , with a winning hand, and hope you get the same one again.
Cheats, buggy
I am Chinese and being playing MJ for over 50 years. This is fun to play for the most part but it cheats a lot. There are times I feel that it cheat and clearly doesn’t allow you to win. I don’t understand the 12 tile violation that happens from time to time. Then when i can chow, but the game won’t allow it. Or when it give me the option to pong but not chow. But the worse part is when you win but the game won’t allow it, and you end up throwing out the tile and someone else wins with the similar hand. I compare our hands and they are both similar yet I can’t win. That’s the most frustrating thing about this game.
If I find an another MJ game I will delete this one immediately.

Fun, but glitchy
The game is fun but sometimes the round goes twice, it only seems to happen in the 3 farn minimum with flowers. But that’s the one I like to play. Overall, it’s a good rendition of HK style mahjong
Annoyed..
This was an awesome game that I’ve played for many years and I would have given 5 stars but it started pushing ads after every round which is super annoying. I was okay when they had ads every 4-5 rounds but now it’s almost impossible to have a rhythm. Sad..

Dementia and Adds
My Dad has dementia/Alzheimer’s but loves this Mahjong Game. He remembers how to play and all the rules.
Is there a way to pay for the adds to go away? When the adds come up, they redirect to a browser and he clicks and then doesn’t know how to get back to the game. It’s a little frustrating for him. Thanks.

Repeating hands
I like this game a lot when I first downloaded, and later on, I realize it very often to replay hands, I am not sure you can pay to upgrade it, but it’s good enough for beginner!
Mahjong mahjong fun
Great game with a few errors in the calculation of points. The annoying thing is too many interruptions by ads which cannot be removed. The developer should consider removing the ads in order to retain its players.
Used to be better
It’s been kind of screwed up the past year. The messages are wrong as you play on. When you actually win, the game doesn’t acknowledge it!
Good game but has much room to improve
This is by far one of my favorite authentic Cantonese mahjong game. However, the developer has missed the mark on the “Wind”. It was never accurate. Then, the game sometimes has a glitch on “Self pull 自摸”. It will have one of the player pays the money instead of all 3 players.
Then, the annoying “missing Suzhou boat” stays on for so long that the banner blocks the player from selecting the card. I hope the developer will fix’s these bugs.

A help button would be a useful tool
I enjoy this game but I’m not sure whether there is a glitch or something with rules I am unfamiliar with. I just finished a game ( well thought I did) my hand was 2 chows in bamboo, a pung of winds and a pung of one circles - I had 2 tiles remaining , both East wind. I would have thought this was mah Jong but game was asking me to discard one of the east winds?

Game is still not set correctly
I have been playing on and off for a few years and the system still not fixed. I had two correctly flowers and I was calling 1-4-7 of sticks (chicken hand) but across from me threw out 7stickd and I should have won at least 1 fan if not 2 fan. But it did not allow me to win at all. So the (1 fan and up) system is still not correct.

Game is so rigged
Some others have noticed too… game is super rigged. There are SO many self picks it’s ridiculous! And there are so many games in which the computer hands are almost completely set for high scores that within a few rounds they win with a very high hand. I play in real life and these are super rare wins and yet it happens all the time in this game. So after a while it’s really not fun anymore. Very limited play when it happens!
