Too Many Issues
This could be an excellent game if bugs and other problems get fixed promptly.
Tournaments: my individual tournament results disappeared on the evening of September 6 after it concluded. Restarts met with no success. I would like the twenty crown coins credited to my account for a fifth place finish. Others on my team have had similar problems.
Butterfly event: won’t consistently appear in the daily challenges. If they do and I earn them they vanish in the next puzzle! After finishing another board they are deleted from the total butterfly count! If the daily tasks include completing the daily challenge I have to give up on butterflies. Some on my team have had their butterfly event reset to zero collected! It requires a lot of butterflies (520) to complete the event. Only four are earned per puzzle. An option to watch an ad for extra butterflies (similar to the extra puzzle pieces) should be included.
Clover event: if you don’t earn all three badges during the event for each portrait you lose them! Next week you have to start over! Only two clovers load into each board. Either include an option for extra clovers (watch an ad) or go back to allowing the same event to appear each week until completed. This used to be the process of the event. And eliminate the duplicates please. I would like to earn the portraits in this event but can’t spend the hours needed to complete anything.

I love this game because it’s so relaxing and challenging. I am about to problem solve other things in my life. It’s really making me smarter and I am almost 60 years old.
Why the upgrades that are downgrades?
I’m constantly being told i have to upgrade to a harder game which is never more difficult. It seems to be the case with all the majong games - Id rather pay than be “upgraded” every trn games.
