No support for Apple users
2nd review saying that Apple is not getting updates & bad connection to the internet (and its not by internet) I also lost gold coins with no response from developers. Have contacted them constantly, nothing. Only time they reply is using google reviews

Fun game—-good comraderie with team play
After a frustrating few days with server issues and no repose from customer support, they came through with an apology which was very appreciated! This is a great game, lots of fun, especially when you join a team that’s chatty and helpful!
Glitches
I really love this game and it is enjoyable to play and to chat to the rest of your team. The challenges are excellent too. There is just one slight problem every so often which is very annoying…. The glitches with the internet!! I’ve sent a message on two separate days to the developers and the glitch is still there. Please sort it out as I’ve got no internet connection problems my end so it must be the server’s end. Please, please sort out these internet issues quickly.
UPDATE: still no word from the developers and I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Tried to log on and still coming up with the same internet issue with the server. It’s been 3-4 days now!! It’s a disgrace. I’ve lost all my achievements and I’ve just reevaluated the rating from 5* to 1* due to the lack of communication or correspondence from anyone. Not good enough. Therefore I’ve uninstalled the app again.
UPDATE: the developers have finally fixed the issue and I’ve reinstalled the app and have signed back on. I haven’t lost anything, just not been able to complete one of my weekly tasks. Overall, so glad it’s working again.

I have been playing this game for a couple years now and really love it. Maybe too much because I don’t get anything done! However, I was playing it a couple days ago and not only did it kick me out of the app but it deleted my account. I tried to go back into the app and it treated me like I was new. I tried to restore my purchases thinking that would reset everything. All it did was tell me that I had no internet. I’ve emailed support twice and haven’t heard a word. I hope someone looks into this.

Disappointing
I have been playing this game for several years now and all of the sudden now it has completely stopped working. Says I’m not connected to internet but also says could be on their end. But so far they haven’t fixed anything so I’m probably gonna delete it
