Fun gameā-good comraderie with team play
After a frustrating few days with server issues and no repose from customer support, they came through with an apology which was very appreciated! This is a great game, lots of fun, especially when you join a team thatās chatty and helpful!
Glitches
I really love this game and it is enjoyable to play and to chat to the rest of your team. The challenges are excellent too. There is just one slight problem every so often which is very annoyingā¦. The glitches with the internet!! Iāve sent a message on two separate days to the developers and the glitch is still there. Please sort it out as Iāve got no internet connection problems my end so it must be the serverās end. Please, please sort out these internet issues quickly.
UPDATE: still no word from the developers and Iāve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Tried to log on and still coming up with the same internet issue with the server. Itās been 3-4 days now!! Itās a disgrace. Iāve lost all my achievements and Iāve just reevaluated the rating from 5* to 1* due to the lack of communication or correspondence from anyone. Not good enough. Therefore Iāve uninstalled the app again.
UPDATE: the developers have finally fixed the issue and Iāve reinstalled the app and have signed back on. I havenāt lost anything, just not been able to complete one of my weekly tasks. Overall, so glad itās working again.

Deleted
I have been playing this game for a couple years now and really love it. Maybe too much because I donāt get anything done! However, I was playing it a couple days ago and not only did it kick me out of the app but it deleted my account. I tried to go back into the app and it treated me like I was new. I tried to restore my purchases thinking that would reset everything. All it did was tell me that I had no internet. Iāve emailed support twice and havenāt heard a word. I hope someone looks into this.

Disappointing
I have been playing this game for several years now and all of the sudden now it has completely stopped working. Says Iām not connected to internet but also says could be on their end. But so far they havenāt fixed anything so Iām probably gonna delete it
Wonāt fully work
Iāve been playing for a few years and suddenly for the last few days their servers are down and we canāt make any purchases, play in tournaments, etc. My internet connection is fine so itās their servers as the message indicates. Iāve reached out to support with no response. This may have to do with the latest iOS update but I canāt be sure. Disappointing.

App not connecting to internet
I really enjoyed this game. However almost a week ago, it said it could not connect to the internet- either itās a problem on my side or the server side. I deleted the app and lost all of my data because I couldnāt even log in to try and save it. I donāt know whatās going on but I hope the servers get fixed soon. I enjoyed the added features when it worked properly connecting to the internet. I will update my stats when this issue is resolved.

Can not play game
Itās been 5 days either way the message coming up in part of the game no internet connection. All other apps work with my internet Xfinity. Xfinity says it is not them it is gamovation. Tried to contact the customer service link in game, tried direct contact numerous times on web page, emailed the founder all attempts failed to get any response from any attempt. My advice is to avoid this game and developer.

Canāt log in to game to get my recent level
I canāt give a good review till I can get my current level back, error is always saying no internet, problem with servers, please fix this and I will do a better review, this is the only game I am having problems with

Way to many ads and thereās a lot of different parts that are just useless like does statistics at the beginning of each level and the fact, I still canāt figure out what the coins are used for
Zero support and too much cheating
Never get a response, too many glitches and cheating has become rampant. Would not recommend this game unless you use a cheat engine. Very frustrating to play fairly against cheaters. Support has been told many times but does nothing. Game has been off line for 24 hours plus.
Fix you internet server connection
Our team canāt play the game as your server is not working. When we try to contact you for support on several occasions we hear nothing. Come on do better
Support Ignores Help Requests.
Game tells me that I have no internet. Not true. Game now refuses to recognize my Apple Id for sign in, when Iāve used it for months with no issues.

Not anymore
Played this game for a long time. Then one day it wouldnāt connect to the internet. I rebooted my IPad repeatedly. Everything else on my IPad was connected, just not this app. I tried rebooting the app and I lost everything. I canāt sign in, nothing. It still says it has no internet and itās three days later. Iāve contacted support several times, no response whatsoever. It was fun while it worked, but now Iāve lost tens of thousands of points and all my rewards and everything else. Not willing to start over again, Iām seriously unhappy.

Love the game and tournaments
The major problem with this app is that their servers are constantly down and you have no internet to compete or communicate with your teammates. Which is the whole point of playing this game. The last 3 days we have only had internet from their servers for about 3 hours. TERRIBLE !!!

Not working properly
Every time I try to do something it keeps saying thereās no internet. I have great internet and restarted my phone twice.

I was enjoying this game yesterday it went off and now it wants me to start all over. Iāve lost everything and I paid for no ads. I canāt sign in and this has been going on for over 24 hours. Iām not impressed. Think twice before getting this app

I have lost my entire game. Over 25,000 levels all gone. Yesterday I started to get a message saying either the game or my equipment did not have internet.
Disappointing
Really enjoy your game but was very disappointed when it automatically reset my game back to zero right in the middle of a game, after years of playing it was like an arrow through the heart.
