Freezes too many times
Glad yo diligently worked on bugs to make this a smoother game, my suggestion is to keep going cause I started playing even made purchase and am now blocked out of the game and can’t advance. Thanks for the zen level frustration. Keep working on it you might get it right soon.

This game is very fun. Stats increase at a snails pace. That’s just how these games work. A member of my club has over 3M pts in wisdom. She’s played 2 1/2 yrs to reach that. She has contacted support 3 times looking for help for a week. She has heard nothing from support. Nothing! Very disappointing. If you get the app play & enjoy! Just know if you hit a snag there is no support.

They hate Apple users.
Android users have speed bonuses for 6 months and Apple users do not. We are not able to get a speed bonus which gives free bolts, gold coins, hints and shuffles.

I have wasted money on this irritation of a game. The hint button bounces constantly, distracting the eye. Worse … paying to shut off the ads had no effect, the ads themselves could not be closed easily. I am dumping it and avoiding this company in future.

To have ads pop up as soon as the app is open is worse than a nuisance!
Daily challenges are bad too, you cant do a single one without an ad, it pops up immediately every time! I understand some apps or games need ads for support. But if you push ads onto people like this, at some point they won’t play your games anymore …
