It was good while it lasted.
Back in the day, and I do really mean ‘back in the day’ because this app has not worked since iOS 12, this was a very good app.
It did what it said on the box without too many bells and whistles. And it was reliable. You knew that if you were paying attention, you would be warned well in advance of the time expiring on your parking meter, airport parking lot, or wherever you happened to be parked and were at risk of getting a fine for overstaying your welcome.
The alarm is generally loud enough to wake you from a slumber, should the need arise.
I don’t know what’s happened to the developer, but I wish that they would resume work on this very helpful app. I, for one, haven’t found anything else to replace it.

Great but…..
I’ve used this app for a number of years and it’s great, very useful (saved me from many parking tickets) a simple straightforward app that does what it needs to do or at least it did. It’s stopped working as it’s not compatible with the latest iOS, no sign of an updated version so please will the developers update this ASAP

Used to be Awesome
This was my go to app for parking. It was accurate on both time & GPS location. The MAIN problem is when Apple went to iOS 11 (or anything above that) the app doesn’t seem to work well. I’d gladly pay for the app but no updates makes me wonder. Also some of the icons are pretty ambiguous & there is no manual or guide; like what’s w/ the spade in the upper right corner & what’s the little “C...” & “G...” pop up menus for?

This app is not functional. Please fix it.
Disappointed
I used to love this app but now every time I tap on the map, the app closes. I thought they were going to fix this for iPhones but apparently they haven’t.

Since I updated my iPhone to iOS 12, Honk no longer works. How I miss it! I tried other parking meter apps but none of them matched the ease of use and the convenient features of Honk. Please fix it for me as soon as possible.

They said that a new Honk update would be coming out. That was 3 years ago. App really should be updated now
🤷♂️ What happened?
The app used to work perfect, and I depended on it when going to places like Knott‘s Berry Farm or Disneyland or some crazy place where you’re far from your car. Now, the app just crashes like a first generation DC-10.
Honk no longer works with iOS
This was a great app but since the iOS updates it no longer functions. Have deleted and reinstalled only to find still does not work.
