Barely usable. Not user friendly
Title says it all. Can’t find anything I need to find. No logic to the organization. Everything resets if you go to another app even for just 1 second. It’s the absolute worst app I have ever used.

Please fix location detection issue, otherwise this app was good for all sides

Please try to improve this app as we always mark attendance late due to application crashes when we click on mark attendance and very slow on each and every connection.

1. Every twice day app ask for updates.
2. It’s whole system and application glitches every time after punch in and out it will not update.
3. It’s easy to use but somehow application need to be customised and well design.
4. Need to stop asking every time for rating .
5. From past 1 year there are no changes in application but more than 12 time I have updated the sheet application.

It always works in low network very good option to update the attendance’s
Worst Application ever
It’s too much problem to rectify the punch out and regulation over the application. I did night shift while I trying to realise date not change from the application. What kind of application is this ? Every after opened application it’s ask for food back & reting . It’s too irritated.

I have been observing crashes when click on outdoor request since 2-3 months now , this isn't fixed in the recent build as well please look into it.

The latest version has many bugs not at all registering in one go had to try many times
Slowed version
The new latest updated version is much slower than the older one. App shows up with home page after 5 mins of opening it. Not even taking commands for several minutes. Even full speed internet cant make it faster to do tasks.
Extreme slow performance
The HONO app is very slow, and despite giving feedback multiple times, no improvement has been seen. Logging in usually takes more than 10 seconds, which directly affects attendance punching—for example, if my punch time is 9:00 AM and I open the app at 8:59 AM, it allows me to punch only at 9:01 AM, causing late marks even though I am on time. Moreover, if I open the app 10 times a day, it wastes around 200 seconds daily per employee; for 100 employees, this equals nearly 5.5 hours lost every day, which adds up to a significant productivity loss. This issue needs urgent attention. also calculate for 1000 employees.

Over time calculate
Add the option of over time calculator in app to calculate plus hours than the duty hours .. It makes easy for both employee and employers to get over time.
