App has all providers listed, very easy to find in-network urgent cares!! I had to find an urgent care for a wrist issue and I only had to pay $25!! Great value!!

Can't log in
Doesn't give me an option to log in. If I can't log in, I can't get new prescriptions. I'm forced to use this insurance because if work. This is awful.
Try canceling ITS HORRIBLE
I tried to cancel my insurance membership just only having it for 3 days and had to call asked to unenroll. The lady I spoke to just told me it was done; I asked if I should receive something in my email and she told me no. I even asked to be sent a confirmation email and she said they don’t do that. Just to find out a week later that I DO need to be sent one. Still a week after the email confirmation and still no refund. You guys have to be honest to your clients and transparent. Not greedy and confused with your own system.

Worthless
I would’ve given a negative 5 stars if it was an option. Not even the representatives can give you a list of actual primary care clinics that service your area. Just worthless urgent care clinics that I absolutely DO NOT need! I can’t believe I’m being forced to pay for an insurance I absolutely CANNOT use! Just worthless!!!

Fantastic Value and Ap
The Hooray national network is such a great idea for access basic health care anywhere in the US for only $25 copay. Wow. The Ap is extremely intuitive to search for the provider as well as find the cheapest prescription drugs in my area. Brilliant.
Good app
It’s designed for a fairly healthy population but not for people who are older with chronic conditions! You can look up medication to see if they have coupons which is great. Would recommend for a younger population

Easy to use
My daughter was not feeling well after school, too late for her pediatrician. I used the Hooray Health mobile app to find an Urgent Care near me and it popped right up. Very easy!!
Needs Fixed Please
I have been with Hooray for 1 month and still can’t log in because it crashes every time. Seriously? I can’t access prescriptions because the mobile app is the only way to get new ones. 0 stars!

The app literally doesn’t even open. Maybe because I am on the new iOS? Please fix.

This is ingenious. It makes using my insurance simple and accessible. Everybody needs to get this insurance! It’s affordable and USABLE!
