Does Not Work
I purchased my hop passport for me and a friend for Maryland and Virginia. But even through working with their support team, I only have access to half of my passport purchase, and my friend has no access at all. It is genuinely disappointing since I spent money on this product and won’t get the full benefits of what I paid for. Hopefully they can find a fix for this issue soon!

Pathetic customer support
Charged twice for the membership. Opened a support case, received automated response and nothing since, after almost two weeks.
Nice app for wha it is
It’s a really nice app I have the physical book so I didn’t purchase the passport in the app also. The one thing I wish there was a short notes section so I could easily mark what I have previously drinks.
Would not recommend
We actually loved this product. But ever since the newest version of iOS came out we haven’t been able to access the passport on any device and spent money on this. We reached out to support and got a “thanks for letting us know”. No solution, no offer to give us a discount on a physical next year version. This app is poorly designed and will be a waste of your money if you pay for the digital passport

I rarely leave app feedback, but I had to give you a shoutout for your privacy policy. You could easily milk this app for tons of user data, but instead you elected to not collect data. Thank you for your wonderful product and ethics.
