Does Not Work
I purchased my hop passport for me and a friend for Maryland and Virginia. But even through working with their support team, I only have access to half of my passport purchase, and my friend has no access at all. It is genuinely disappointing since I spent money on this product and won’t get the full benefits of what I paid for. Hopefully they can find a fix for this issue soon!

Pathetic customer support
Charged twice for the membership. Opened a support case, received automated response and nothing since, after almost two weeks.
Nice app for wha it is
It’s a really nice app I have the physical book so I didn’t purchase the passport in the app also. The one thing I wish there was a short notes section so I could easily mark what I have previously drinks.
Would not recommend
We actually loved this product. But ever since the newest version of iOS came out we haven’t been able to access the passport on any device and spent money on this. We reached out to support and got a “thanks for letting us know”. No solution, no offer to give us a discount on a physical next year version. This app is poorly designed and will be a waste of your money if you pay for the digital passport

I rarely leave app feedback, but I had to give you a shoutout for your privacy policy. You could easily milk this app for tons of user data, but instead you elected to not collect data. Thank you for your wonderful product and ethics.

Bought the virtual passport never got it. Very disappointing.
Hop Passport Customer Service is TERRRIBLE!
Don’t buy the passport, I was gifted this one a feb 7th for a certain event we were all attending together. My friends passports still aren’t delivered feb 22… MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER!

Just starting one this year. My first impressions of the app aren’t great; no way you’re getting access to all of my photo library. Sorry. If this isn’t fixed by end of year, I won’t be back next year.

No breweries in PA
I down loaded and signed up and there are no places even close to me,100 miles.
Missing locations
I bought the paper book and downloaded the app. The app is missing many of the breweries in the physical book. In other words, if you only bought the app, you are missing a number of breweries that others can access with the physical book. Example: Lariat Lodge in Littleton and Evergreen Colorado. In the book, not in the app.

Loyal hop passport member for 4 years. Annual item we buy every year now. Great to discover new breweries you never knew were there. Love this app!
Doesn’t work
Nothing comes up anymore. All my previous stamps are gone. No breweries come up on location. A total garbage app at this point.
Would love it if anyone would honor it
Seemed like a fun way to get discounts. The problem has been over half of the establishments into which we have tried to use the App have no idea what it is or how to honor it. Customer service provided no support.

I live in a town with more than a dozen breweries withing 15 miles from my home. 1 showed up on the map. The one I work at did Not!

Great excuse to travel
Hop Passport is by far one of my favorite excuses to travel around Colorado! Being new to the state this has allowed me to discover new places. The application itself is easy to use and considering the price you are definitely getting a good deal (: great to share with friends as well!
