As a Tata Punch EV owner in Delhi NCR, Hopcharge has been a game-changer. The app lets me schedule doorstep charging—no need to hunt for public stations or worry about long queues. Whether I’m at home, office, or even a mall, the Hopcharge e-Pod arrives on time and charges my EV efficiently.
Good potential but bad performance
Great concept but very poor in service quality and customer satisfaction. Even after confirmation service appointments are delayed and at times missed. Very very disappointed.

I have taken this plan last year and trust me its a life saver. I have used the services across Delhi NCR while changing my stays from one place to another and it has been there before time at every place with dedicated Relationship manager and Control Room manager for seemless experience. Extremely happy with Hopcharge. Hope they will expand in Bangalore too.

Concept may be got But Not Operationaly up to the Mark
Seems that their fleet of charging vehicles is insufficient to give coverage in the booked timings, twice it has happened to me that the person went without completing the charging for the package I have paid for.. The customer care is such a useless, they tell me to get the pending charge next time…Is it a joke…they are not charging beyond 80% n they want me to reduce my charge to below 5-7% before calling them next time, so that they would provide extra charge…it’s ridiculous.

Can be used as one off solution but can’t be used for daily charging requirements.
as per sales team within 2 hrs slot can be booked but actually you have to book at least 12 hours in advance for your slot booking.
Also they have internal capping of charging upto 80%, it should be increased upto 90 or 95%.
