These are the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. The app is nice because it allows you to save some money for the food you’d want to eat.
App bugged
Keeps telling me to clear my cart and restart the app. When I open the app again I get a message something went wrong and restart the app. I deleted the app and restarted and reinstalled, still bugged.

Why is my fav menu item such an issue to order!? 😩😩 Several weeks ago - I was told it was no longer available. Terrible News. Then the Thunderbird Protein Bowl was added to the menu…👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 How about I arrive to order it to go and was told this item is no longer available to order restaurant but can only be ordered Online for in store pickup…WHY!!???? It’s too complicated… Please make it easier to order my fav menu item!!! PLEASE. It’s the only reason I choose to dine at HOPDODDY’s ! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I purchased 2 gift cards worth $50 during the 2025 Christmas season. I have tried to use them when I dine in and when ordering online, and have not been able to redeem them. I don’t understand if I am doing something wrong or if they r even valid anymore. Would really like to redeem them or get my money back.

Overcooked EVERY TIME
I live less than a block from Hopdoddy and would order from them more often if they learned how to properly cook a freaking burger. Every single time, I ask for MEDIUM RARE and what I get is WELL DONE. Like not even close. It is so ridiculous. And it is EVERY TIME. They have never even gotten a burger medium, much less medium rare. Why in the world would someone order Wagyu beef well done? Are you kidding me? This place should go out of business if their entire business model is burgers and they have no idea how to cook a burger patty. Totally insane and unforgivable.

Worth the drive from downtown. Hot Honey Sage Brussel Sprouts are my favorite thing on the menu, and The Roosevelt is my favorite burger! Hoping, wishing, praying, for a second location!

Change pick up locations problem
If you change locations, you can’t reorder a previous item without it going to the old order location, must start over, big pain, wastes time

No rewards if you use tap to pay in store🙄
The rewards here are non-existent. You have to order on the app to get points. If you decide to go inside and order, you have to go thru so much just to get the points, you usually just quit and say forget it. They also want your CC number in the app for the rewards. Seems scam likely to me.
