App does not work my deliveries are not saving it just says ”sync” and never completes

Solid but…

This app is solid to use for the most part but there needs to be a function where you’re allowed to override certain tasks in the event of heavy rain. Customers don’t have time to wait 20-30 minutes, even sometimes hours just to take pictures of a vehicle. Valet drivers don’t have time to wait that long either when there are back to back valets that are time sensitive. Please fix. Thank you.
