Why do I always have to log in when I open the app???
It's sooo annoying because i deal with many customers going in and out of loaners and i have to log in like 6000 times a day
GARBAGE APP
Imagine having to sign in 50 times to try to get a contract started in front of a customer. Something that should take 5 minutes ends up taking almost half an hour sometimes. What an absolute joke of an application and they see how many people complain but do nothing about it. I hope our dealership finds another application to use because this is absolutely horrible.

BOTH DEALERWARE MOBILE AND WEB ARE AWFUL. SO MANY GLITCHES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
The system is very poor
This is the worst app I have ever used.The name of the service consultant disappears when setting up the contract.You can't return when selecting a vehicle. Once you return, you need to re-enter customer information.
Needs a update asap
Please for the love of god fix this issue constantly everyday…
