Alerts slow
I can’t give this great app 5 stars because the alerts trickle in so slowly that is confusing and alarming alerts coming as text hours a day even days later. I have to log in and scroll checking every alert. That misses the point of the alert. If my card where being used I wouldn’t be alert for hours or even days. Please work on that also Im unable to see account and routing numbers so I am forced to memorize or find paperwork to set up direct deposits I expect more from such a great bank

This app has a lot of problems I don’t know where to begin. I hope the developers of this app will fix it. Well first of all it takes to long for the app to upload when trying to use it and then once you sign in for quick sign in you have to put your password in again

Every time I login to the app it makes me renter my password even though I have them saved.

I love the transfer process. It’s very simple. The application actually show you the accounts that can be selected without navigating back and forth.

Absolutely love and trust them
I love Hope, especially, when the lobby was available. I really enjoyed my interactions with the people here. Great atmosphere and I really appreciated seeing the friendly beautiful black faces in there. Also great interest rate on personal loan I had never had one before thanks to Janet the process was smooth and I received the money instantly. Not to mention my credit has went up over 100 points since this time last year. The best of them all is the very great interest rates with the rewards checking and savings account! Big shout out to Debbie and Robin love them!

Logging in
I can never log on to my account. It has taken that option off. It just takes me to a screen that says register and I have already registered. I have to use my laptop.

Makes banking easy. All transactions are immediately posted. Excellent experience every time.

Since I updated it will not let me log in!! So disappointed.
New Update is TRASH
System was changed to have Touch ID but now with my username and password it will not let me log in but on my husband phone (whom still has old version) he logs in with no issues are problems.
Needs an update
This app needs an update to show pending charges, other than that the app does everything I need
I can’t pay my mortgage
When I’m trying to pay my mortgage through the app it simply blinks off and take me back to my home screen on my phone. I personally don’t think the app has connected my mortgage information to the app or that it’s functioning properly to take payments. I think it could use a few updates for sure.
Works as needed
Works as needed on my iPhone X...I wish the Apple Watch app had more usefulness like real time spending alerts and looked more up to date...but all and all...It’s something
