New app
I hate this new app. I hope you can improve it soon.
App no longer functions
Older Ipads max out at IOS 17.7.11. The latest version of the Hopewell app insists on IOS 18…. so those of us who do not chose to purchase a newer IPad are just out of luck.

I wish that when I was going back-and-forth between my checkbook and my checking account information from the Hopewell app, that I didn’t have to login every single time that I briefly went out of the Hopeful app to look into the checkbook. It didn’t used to log me out
Convenience is everything
Being able to complete a variety of transactions with the mobile app has made my life so much easier.

I never had any problems with the old app. It did all I needed. The new app I have the problem. The names of shares do not completely. Since I can see several share accounts, they are all named exactly the same. Fortunately, there is a means to rename the account so I can make one unique. Unfortunately, the owners of said account accounts can also see the name change in their app also. This wouldn’t be a problem leading zeros before the account number!

There is no confirmation number anymore! I Do Not like the new app
Modern and secure
I really like how modern the app looks. It’s nice that the online banking on the website and the mobile app look the same and have the same features. I also feel like this app is more secure.
