Easy to use but glitchy
I like this app when it works. Very frustrating lately as it won’t update, can’t get in and then when you try to check online it doesn’t say online banking is down and online access will not work either. Needs improvements for sure.

This app has issues. Balance doesn’t update every time. It sends you double notifications, I just want one notification when a transaction occurs I don’t need one for processing and then for posting.
App updates
Sick of constantly having to update my phone bc this app won’t allow access to my own money without it. Yet you have to pay for statements. None of my other bank apps do this. Considering removing all my money from this bank.
