Beware it saves credit card and places automatically tip
This app is horrible - it defaults to order ASAP, (written at top tiny letters. ) Pick restaurant and start order and it will immediately place using saved credit card with 25% tip. NO option to review order, delivery time, payment method or tip.
Works great!
Tried this app while staying in Kihei; works just like a food delivery app should; easy to order, setup account and track order and delivery progress graphically on a map. Delivered right to our hotel room. Driver was friendly and professional.
Consistently Bad
I’ve tried to use hopper a few times and they unfortunately have been bad every time. It’s nice they have some places DoorDash doesn’t, but every time I’ve ordered, the food comes extremely late or I have to track it down because supposedly they delivered it to the wrong address. Either way it’s always cold :(

Too much loading
Fix the apps please, too much loading and it takes time to change delivery location.
Beware
Prices way higher in the app than at the restaurants. Then I have to pay delivery fee and tip. I’m not going to pay double what it costs me to just order take out and pick it up myself.
Useless app backed by poor service
If you use the app to place a pickup order, chances are that the order is either not received by the restaurant, or the restaurant won’t take any order from Hopper, or both. Do not recommend.
