Impossible to search by name

Their app needs an overhaul. Name it teddys and we can find it on a search quickly. “Bigger” makes zero sense.
Trying to do online order made me do it three times until it worked. Had to change cards whereas all other times online my original card works seamlessly

My app literally will not scan at the restaurant so I’ve spent like $70 that I didn’t get points on and I can’t get anyone to contact me
