Tried reporting and doesn’t give me the option. But the app bugs out and keeps telling me that it cannot open app. I deleted it and tried reinstalling and nothing

Nice to be able to select menu items, but app won’t process payment. What’s the point of the app if one can’t place an online order. Possible that I input incorrect credit card info, but the app won’t let me view my own information. Garbage!
Doesn't update points/let me use rewards
I just started using the app and 1) it doesn't update my points! I have ordered multiple times and I only got points for one order, 2) it doesn't let me redeem the gifts, keeps saying I don't meet the "conditions" when the conditions were just to sign up???
