Mega delay bug?
Took four hours to get a confirmation order. The restaurant doesn’t have a record of the app order four hours ago.
Don’t work with Beluga
They don’t do anything for their app and expect you to drive sales from your website and taking all other sales from other delivery companies. Make your app more like doordash and watch how beluga will become a household name. But hey, I don’t want to give you guys any tips. Y’all effed me
It is not user friendly.
I have the hardest time finding restaurants so I may order. I know there are tons of restaurants in my area that I can us Beluga to Order but none of them show up, only two.
And I wish I could click on the restaurant from my previous transactions. I can see my receipt but I can’t click on the restaurant to order again

Terrible. Scam?
After ordering on this app I’m suddenly being spammed on my texts and someone is trying to hack my google accounts. It also took the vendor 30 minutes to get my order. AVOID.
Ripoff
Not only did Beluga tack on additional charges that would not be included if I ordered directly from the restaurant that I was sitting at, they also make every order a separate Credit card transaction. Hence the $10 coupon off on the first Beluga transaction only amounted to a few dollars.
If you order five items separately, you get five separate Credit card transactions. And No heads up on this.
