Impossible to search by name
Their app needs an overhaul. Name it teddys and we can find it on a search quickly. “Bigger” makes zero sense.

Missing Points
My app literally will not scan at the restaurant so I’ve spent like $70 that I didn’t get points on and I can’t get anyone to contact me

Nice app but the change was frustrating
Lost all of my points from ordering with the previous Teddys app. Asked a cashier months ago for help getting my points back/transferred to this new app. Left my email and number. Nothing ever happened. So disappointed.

The new app switched my lifetime points and current points so I literally can not reach any new rewards. My account shows a negative amount of points.

App does not record Rewards
Scanners in stores do not work & no staff member can ever figure it out. Transaction history does not work. Have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and no rewards to show for it.
Bad app
Tried to order through app. Says it can’t make my order in time which is usually 15 mins or less when I walk in. Get there in 15 mins and they take my order. What a waste of time this app is.
Only ONE Payment Method
Really irritating that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to use this app/ complete an order without using a card. Teddy’s needs to seriously consider including a pay-in-store option, it would likely get a LOT more business for sure! The loyalty rewards system isn’t that great as it is…
Cant complete order
You cant order on the app, it says “item none is not available” and prevents you from checking out. It’s been like that for months.
Confusing
I don't know if I'm coming or going with this app. It's easier just to order online. Too many menu bar options. Simplicity is best.
Wrong location error
The app keeps randomly changing which location I am ordering from without notifying me. It has done it 3 times and places an order at the wrong location. Then the refund process is not efficient.
App very user unfriendly
The app does not contain full menu available in store. App will not allow me to order from the closest store to my home.
Used to be so much better
Took out the ability to customize. Very disappointing.
Not letting me order
I have use this app and in numerable times… But in the last three days it won’t let me get to the view menu or new order section… On my phone on my computer it will let me get to the sections but it won’t actually let me place a order in food saying that my discount can’t be applied… And of course I didn’t have a discount I just had a credit card… I’m guessing it currently has a bug
