It has changed the time I have to put into the bookkeeping of my business and on the extremely rare occurrence when I need a person to help me, they are speedy and efficient in resolving my issues! Love this app!

Closes randomly when using. Photo deposit button to take picture of check is in very awkward position- to close to the corner.

Mobile deposit
Mobile deposit randomly doesn’t work.
Online deposits are terrible
The interface is friendly enough, but Every single time I attempt to make online deposits I get error messages over and over again. What should take me a quick couple of minutes ends up taking about 10 times as long. Very frustrating.
Online Deposits don’t work!
I cannot do any remote deposits. No matter how hard I try, the app won’t accept the photos of my checks. The ladies at the bank have tried & they couldn’t get it to work either. That needs to be changed for convenience of your customers.

Low Functionality
Not many features to it, won’t load when roaming, wish It had more features to make me want to use it more. Your competing against Big bank apps that are nice, shiny, and actually a little more useful.
But I LOVE this bank and the people that work there, I just hope they can get the app more polished and functional!
