Useless update
Wow, really great update guys, your “refresh” is just an app that does nothing but say “connection error”. Now have to do everything the long way through my browser. Well done. Absolutely groundbreaking effort.

Quick Balance
The new updated app has the quick balance function same as old app, but new one doesn’t work, you can set which account you want to use as a quick balance, but to get it accurate you have to log in which defeats the purpose.
Not a good app at all
The app seems to run very slowly (as does the web page) and it’s not very intuitive. Choice of wording the functionalities aren’t very obvious for what they do. It used to be so much better.
This bank is the best the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Horrible
Biggest problem is minimal support for 2 to sign transfers. I can start a transfer but the other signatory can’t authorise it. What use is that for a business

It was better before, a horrible design and why is there still no 4 digit pin to log in?!?
Awesome
This app is awesome. I'm able to access my online banking anywhere. It uses maps to show me where my closest branch is and Rediatm. It has lots of info about Horizon's products and services. I was able to personalise it with a photo. Stoked!

This app is so good. I can look up my balances when I'm out shopping & transfer money instantly. Or I can find the nearest atm or branch if I need to get cash out. Love how you can personalise the app with a photo too!
