Worst bank app in Australia
This is literally the worst app I have ever used. Such a poor experience, it is basically just a very poor and old mobile website wrapped into a mobile application. I have considered multiple times moving to a different bank and paying more for my home loan just because of how terrible this app is.
There is also no instant payments, which has been a normal thing to expect from EVERY bank for years now.

Face ID and PIN login gone
It’s not any great app. Just the basics. Lately both Face ID and PIN login are gone. I’ve seen worse apps so this one is bearable.
Worse after upgrade
If you upgraded and face recognition isn’t working; you need to go to settings and re-register your device. If they told me I was meant to do that, it wasn’t a very clear communication. The was always an awful app to use. There been an upgrade but somehow has exactly the same unintuitive interface. Cancelling a recurring direct debit shows you all the regular direct debit info (including the amount) and you’re supposed to press Confirm to cancel. But for all intents and purposes it looks like you’re confirming to transfer.

No more Face Recognition
Face Recognition doesn’t work in the latest version:(
