This app is easy to use. Does almost anything I need it to.
SUGGESTION: I have two memberships. It'd be so helpful if I could toggle between the two while in the app.

Crashing app

Whenever I go to check the balance of my offset account, the app crashes instantly without fail. Very frustrating

Faulty at the moment?

Usually works well…some gremlins at the moment? As soon as I click on an account after log in, I am locked out of the app. Has happened multiple times over two days now. This is still happening six weeks later!!

App still crashing IOS 18 +

App still crashing for several months now (even before the iOS updates), internal IT poor, buck passing to external IT. Call centre queues far too long, second hand messages from IT continues to pay lip service IMO. Sadly - not good enough folks in this day and age.

This Ap has always been super easy to use. But over the lastimes months I’ve had heaping trouble opening it. It’s doing my head in, I need to open it to pay my bills!
