Does not work
I got a new phone and now i can’t login to the app at all, only via the browser.
Account Number hard to find
This app has always been a bit annoying but you learn to deal with it. The most annoying thing though, is that finding your account number (not member number) is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
It used to be easy as it was at top of each sub-account with the member number but now it’s not.
PLEASE bring it back!!!

Please fix this
Ever since the new update it’s been a bit slow and laggy especially when logging into the app and doing transactions so really that’s all that needs to be fixed at the moment
Move out of the 90’s
As a long term customer I would recommend against Bank Vic. The app is pretty much turn of the century technology with little flexibility and very few (if any) options to manage your money. Don’t get me started on customer service from senior management.
How do I search for payees now??
Update has taken away ability to search for saved payees.Highly annoying to have to scroll & scroll
