Does not work
I got a new phone and now i can’t login to the app at all, only via the browser.
Account Number hard to find
This app has always been a bit annoying but you learn to deal with it. The most annoying thing though, is that finding your account number (not member number) is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
It used to be easy as it was at top of each sub-account with the member number but now it’s not.
PLEASE bring it back!!!

Ever since the new update it’s been a bit slow and laggy especially when logging into the app and doing transactions so really that’s all that needs to be fixed at the moment
Move out of the 90’s
As a long term customer I would recommend against Bank Vic. The app is pretty much turn of the century technology with little flexibility and very few (if any) options to manage your money. Don’t get me started on customer service from senior management.
How do I search for payees now??
Update has taken away ability to search for saved payees.Highly annoying to have to scroll & scroll

The app wouldn’t open, and then when I tried to reload it still wouldn’t load.

Great App
I dont find anything wrong with the app. I get into my account, its simple and easy to use and protecting of your details. I love the app.
Security Concern
I don’t know about you but I don’t think my opening balance should be displayed before I even log into the app. Seems a bit sus that without any form of login someone could see the opening balance. Also make the BSB and Account details more readily accessible.
Old app better
New app looks awful on some phones and simple functions like your credit only transactions is not available any more you have to physically search for credits you have amongst all the other transactions. Not simple, more difficult. Not a fan of the new app. As a bank it is very unprofessional.
Search for an account?
Why can we no longer search for an account to send/transfer funds to? Now I am required to scroll down through the whole list of accounts alphabetically? What sort of update feature was this?!

I can’t believe a banking app doesn’t use Face ID to open. I thought the days of remembering passwords etc were behind us. Very clunky, almost MS DOS like

I don’t understand why there’s negative comments. I find the Bank Vic app to be very easy to follow and use. No unnecessary stuff just useful info and very easy to navigate. Don’t know how it could be improved. Well done and thanks from a member from the 1980’s. 👍😀
Still doesn’t display in landscape
The app now appears in landscape on iPad but the dot pattern is too big and can’t be viewed unless you go back to portrait

The app is clunky and never works properly
Horrible app
Been using the app for only a day and it’s already making me wish I didn’t switch. Basic functionality is missing which is completely unacceptable. Some of the many issues are:
Account details eg bsb and account number not readily viewable, having to go into sub menus.
No notification of many transactions eg being paid via payID
Need to call them in order to set up card and Apple Pay in wallet
The app itself has a low frame rate/poor performance
For the life of me I cannot find where you can set payment limits
And the biggest sin, no dark mode
Come on guys, this is ridiculous. I’m sure there are many other issues I haven’t had the joy of discovering yet.

NOT WORKING
Since the last update, the app no longer works on my iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but it still refuses to work. What a complete nightmare.
New app from bad to worse!
Who designs such bad apps?? The logo is pixelated, the graphics are terrible and there way too many steps to do basic things and I still can’t find my BSB details. Does not need to be this complicated!
Terrible app
Always having issues logging in. Updated format of the app looks cheap & is so basic it doesn’t perform correctly. I give up. Back to internet banking for me

The app redesign is so much better now I can acsess setting you would usually have to on the website
