Decent App
Idk why this app is getting so much hate. People who bank here are usually locals and should know that this is a small business and the app is decent considering. I’ve been able to use it to transfer money between banks, run my Venmo and never had problems. Transactions are slow but it’s like a 100 employee company, they can’t front money on micro transactions like 1,000+ employee company can.

Unable to make deposit using iPad
I have tried to make a mobile deposit to my account on several different iPads. All running current operating systems and current update of app. All present the same problem when trying to take a picture of check being deposit, it is impossible to get the check to line up in the picture box. No matter what I do and no matter which iPad I use the check shows one way in picture window with the picture window showing a different direction. So if check is on the table and horizontal on the app picture window it shows vertical. Turn iPad horizontal and check shows vertical. It’s mess up and has been this way for about 3 months. iPhones running same version as iPads and the mobile deposit works great. Just seems to be an iPad problem

A step in the right direction
After a year of no updates or communication, they finally released a redesign of the app and it’s pretty good. Very basic features and slow loading. I just hope this means they’re finally going to invest in updating the user experience frequently.
Needs improvement!
Sooo I have had this app for many years… the biggest problem is that the app becomes unavailable to use during the most inconvenient times… always around dinner time!!! You can’t pop in quick to see your bank account before going out for dinner.

This app will not let me go past the change password stage I’ve Undownloaded and downloaded with nothing please fix
Problems never get fixed
This app is the only convenient way for me to do online banking without needing 17 different passwords, but it never works when I need it to. You guys really need to either update it or scrap and replace it at this point, this is ridiculous.
Horrible
This app is horrible, the online bill pay leaves lot to be desired. Didn’t realize how easy and friendly our app with our old credit union was to to use, until that is, our credit union merged with Horizon. Their app is just terrible
