Why is this app so slow ?
Hi, we thought the app was a great idea until we tried it. It’s so slow we can barely use it. I’m on iPhone X and everything else works flawlessly on that phone.
How could developers let that slip or as a first time user is it only an issue with that particular version ?
Please fix it and I’ll gladly change my review/rating.
**** There was heavy lag just inputting our dealer number in the app and I don’t have any issues writing this text.

Unacceptable
Unacceptable. Too slow to use.
Downloaded 3 different times and still too slow. We deserve better.

Crashes every time
I tried opening this app repeatedly, and it repeatedly crashed. I tried shutting down and restarting my iPad, but the app still crashed every time I opened it. Goodbye, Horizons Sample Book app....
Won't open
Would like to sign up as a dealer and this app was part of the motivation to sign up but it won't even open.

Great app!
I would have given 5 stars but I had to delete and reinstall. Something wrong when you update from the old app I think.
Also, it would be great to be able to price an item on the app the same way the COM yardage calculator works. That function is very helpful and accurate (I only tested stationary panels)!
I use my ipad and I'm not sure if you can go to the order entry program in safari?

Does not load samples
Useless. Shows no samples
Great App After Install
Updating my old version of the app caused some trouble, but once I removed the app and reinstalled it, everything was great.
The videos are great, and the COM calculator is invaluable!
Order Entry does work, despite the "Internet Explorer 7 required" message. It's even tailored for iPad use.

It keeps bouncing me out. I'm now unloading and reloading.
New app does not work
Downloaded twice, restarted iPad twice, still does not load or work. I sell Horizon every day. Pleas get the new app working.
Order Entry Broken
Order entry does not work since it requires Internet Explorer.
Horizons made my life easier!
