Worst dispatch management app. EVER
My company is required to use this garbage, and it has never worked properly. The app designer’s have no idea what they are doing, and they do not consider the end user in the slightest. They try to fix a glitch and cause 4 more, and don’t even address the original issue. Save your time and sanity, do not try to use this app. You will go insane dealing with this absolute garbage

The App will not keep you logged in for more than a few minutes. This prevents the notifications etc. have gone above and beyond to try to get this app to work with no luck.

Will not respond to submitted concerns at all.
Having issues with customers leaving bad reviews for the warranty company making bad decisions not to cover the repairs.
But the reviews will fall on my company services.

Great but they do have plenty of bugs to work out sometimes it’s soo slow and kicks you out

Not sure why but I keep getting logged out since I updated to the latest iPhone software. Didn’t have that issue before. How can this be fixed?
