The App will not keep you logged in for more than a few minutes. This prevents the notifications etc. have gone above and beyond to try to get this app to work with no luck.

Not sure why but I keep getting logged out since I updated to the latest iPhone software. Didn’t have that issue before. How can this be fixed?

Customer service and technical support is the worst Ive experienced in my 40 years working!
Useless for construction trades!
I do not recommend this program for anyone in the construction trades. As a plumbing contractor, I gained access to this program through a client, and it actually causes more problems than not. If I had a choice, I would go back to a spreadsheet.
FIX IPAD BUGS
I’ve used this app for almost two years, and it’s been frustrating to say the least. I’ve used it on my phone as well as my iPad and the app seems to have less issues on the phone version. However every time I try to save an estimate on my iPad, the screen goes white and I have to reset the app and lose the detail of the estimate forcing me to start over. The user interface is great but the software needs to be fixed ASAP! Dispatch please fix this for the iPad!!!

Pictures are hard to save and load. Takes forever.

None of the updates are fixing anything
The recent update regarding the complete job bug is still present, in fact there are more bugs occurring, not able to edit contact information, when you add apostrophes or commas to a note, it adds a bunch of symbols, and when searching for a work order, all the numbers become duplicated. The biggest problem of it all is when you schedule an appointment and the job randomly turns gray.

Won’t keep current
The scheduled and unscheduled jobs on the map are always out of date. The only way to bring it back to current time standing is to delete the app and reinstall.

I keep trying to upload photos and it says “unable to upload “ “try again later”.
I delete the app and redownloaded it multiple times ! Reset my phone , even factory reset it! I am a hvac technician and need to be able to upload photos ! If anyone had this issue and can help . Thanks I’m advanced !

No way to create new account in app
App looks nice and screenshots show features I would like to try out. However there is no create new account option and I can't do anything within this app without already having an account. Website also only has a "get a demo" option with no other way of account creation. Too many hoops to jump through and no pricing shown openly on their site. This app could revolutionize my business or be completely useless, I couldn't tell you.

Frustrating app
The app crashes way too much, right in the middle of leaving important notes. The maps doesn’t keep or load jobs correctly. You have to go back to the alert tab to scroll back thru jobs and click on them before they appear on the map screen. There are way too many glitches on this app and it’s very frustrating 🤬🤬🤬

Highly recommend
Dispatch was introduced to us in late 2015 through AHS that we contract with. We have since been using for all of our customers. It is easy to use and if ever there have been issues their tech support is awesome, quick, friendly, and very helpful. We use to manually enter all work orders bust now several companies that we contract with are also using the program. Merging all of our contracts have run smoothly. I highly recommend all companies use this program.

Needs Improvement
Great overall. Would like it to not log me out when I lose internet. Pictures are hard to load and an open. Plus does some weird stuff when pictures are taken sideways on the phone.
My biggest need would be ability to assign jobs to my techs without having to schedule them. This would make my life so much better. Plus last iPhone update or app update are not compatible.

Since the new update on iPhone you can’t schedule jobs bc you are unable to see the times. Also we view jobs it would helpful to see the customer’s as well as job title.
Warranty jobs
Solid app and great company. Support team is awesome. App has some small glitches— like every app these days but they always are helpful and listen to feedback. Couldn’t run my business without it.
