Useless
App is not as user friendly As previous. Hard to find where rewards are. The feature to add item to cart only works for some things. It takes more time going back and forth between screens trying to add the item to the cart than if I just wrote them down.
Slooooowwww loading
Weekly ad, coupons… all loads like you’re using a computer running Windows 98. Touch something on the ad incorrectly and you’re back at square one.
Garbage
I tried making a new account because they changed the app. It said I already had an account with that email. So I tried forgot my password 5 times but I never receive an email with verification code to change my password. Not in junk box or inbox.
Old App Superior
If I shopped only by following an app, I would never shop Hornbacher’s. The former app was much faster to use. This one you have to scroll and scroll and scroll to see what is on sale; a total waste of my time! Horrible! Great company; app is not.
