Rigged for no good reason
I’ve been playing this now for about 5-6 months and it’s the small changes they make that they don’t expect you to pick up on that’s really started to grate on me. Like when you replay previous locations for extra jobs, just to make enough coins for the next upgrade in the new location… but the extra jobs you get are the same mostly lower levels, so you get less coins, and it’s just plain boring to redo the same levels over and over again. If they just randomized the extra jobs more it would actually feel enjoyable again but right now it’s more monotonous than anything.

Need updates
I have a few things to say as an avid player of this game. The way the game is currently set up it is impossible to earn money without buying bundles. As someone who frequently beats levels before the new hospital is released, there is no way to earn money in the meantime, or participate in ongoing events. The ‘extra shifts’ offer you a fraction of the cost of one single upgrade. It’s unfortunate that a game I used to enjoy playing had become impossible.

Too many ADS
It’s honestly a great game it really is however the amount of adverts on this is just ridiculous and takes the enjoyment out of playing it. No option to remove ads either.
