great mobile app!
our FOH operations are managed on Hostme platform which is why I appreciate having a functional app even on mobile. all our employees have been added to the account which they use with their own credentials. this helps us track changes and make sure there’s no unauthorized access. keep up the good work and updates!

Way to expensive
It’s great and all untill you realize that you have to pay 89 /month if you have less than 200 parties a month and 100/‘month for unlimited it’s dumb

Bad customer service
We were closed 6 month due to COVID even thought I suspended this service prior to closing they continued to charge me for the entire time we were closed

This is just awesome!
This App is exactly what I was looking for. It helps with everything.
My problem was that cutomers were calling me anytime to make booking and of course the booking book was at the restaurant, not with me so I couldn't say if I had availability or not.
With HostMe, I have got everything with me in my pocket, on my laptop and on my iPad.
The other great things are:
- Booking Button very easy to add to my website or Facebook page,
- Customers receive text messages and emails when they book and they can easily communicate with me via text messages (the contacting number is not mine it is HostMe one so customers don't have my mobile phone number),
- Customers can modify their booking easily online and I receive notifications about it,
- I have a floor plan included in the app and I can manage all my table during service (how long they have been here, how long they have been waiting their entree or main...),
- I can add walk-in in a waiting list. When table is ready, in one click, customer receive a text message...
It is a very helpful app and not so expensive when you use all options as you win a lot of time managing your bookings and your floor.
Finally, you can try it for free with 50 bookings before you upgrade...
