Just Plain Awful
Simply doesn’t work. No restaurants in DFW? No way to set up an account? What is point and why is this still available?

I can’t seem to search directly for a restaurant. The location won’t acknowledge Canada, even though there are Canadian restaurants that use them. Also, I can’t create an account because it won’t allow the join button to become active even though I’ve entered all the information properly.

It doesn’t work!
We made a reservation through host me. It was confirmed by email and we got several reminders. The problem? We got to the Harbor Room restaurant and it was closed! The hours posted on the door states it was closed on Sundays. Why bother making a reservation with an app that doesn’t confirm the reservation with the restaurant?

Worst app I have ever used
Nothing works. Can’t create an account. Can’t find any restaurants other than 4 in Manhattan. Functions don’t work.
Worst reservations app
Downloaded the app and can’t create an account. Tried to go to a laptop to set up, still no luck. Not user friendly. Can’t confirm my reservations. If I was a restaurant owner I would not use. You are losing customers!
Poor
Didn’t work very well and refused to edit my booking once it was made. Appeared to offer that (although ui not very intuitive) but then it just failed time after time. Rubbish.

I have been trying to sign up & I just can’t!?! Why can’t I ? I’m so confused. I’ve filled everything out & I still can’t join.
Why
I don’t understand why this app exists. It’s a terrible disservice to businesses that might rely on it. I can’t give it more than one star because it never worked.

Hard to give it a good review when it’s impossible to even find the “Join” button on the Signup page…
No Join Button
Tried closing it fully out - everything. There is no join button for me to actually create an account to do anything.
Pretty hard to register when the submit button gone
Can app makers use their product on all devices (iPhone) before “done”... pretty hard to sign up for a log i. service when you can’t get to the sign up button!

The app is not reliable. I would say at least 25% of the time it malfunctions. Sometimes the calendar is grayed out and won’t let me select a date. Other times it has said fully booked for 10am when I know it’s not. One time it said fully booked for 10am and there were 3 or 4 people at the adult pool.
