Don’t really want customers

Yeah, this whole trend of subscribe to our unreasonably expensive plan before you even get to see if it’s any good trend has got to stop. I think it’s laughable that you want people to pay for this on just your “trust us”. For all any of us know we could be subscribing to a go screw yourself service. I won’t be buying. You’re only getting one star cause I have to.

Garbage

Out of three attempts, only one worked and it was screwed up. This thing needs to be pulled for some serious quality control. Do not waste your time or certainly your money on this junk.

Very limited in what it can/will do with photos. Can’t just alter photos either.

Supposed to be free but won’t let you use unless you pay

Finally an app worth paying for. Results don’t look plastic. Good motion. Support was helpful with an issue I had and was prompt to respond.

Not so hot

Does not follow prompt. It seems it picks from preselected objects. No matter how many times you remake, it’s basically the same object that never changes. The background changes. And of course you are charged for it, regardless of your satisfaction.

For you to do videos or Ai Image to video you need to pay for it so it won’t work

Quality of videos is good when it worked. Lost credits and they were not reimbursed.

In my case approx 1 out of 6 videos failed to generate, however, they still charge credits for that. Also, they charge 10 credits for video templates that are worthless. Their HelpDesk is responsive, but refused to return my wasted credits. I paid for 250 credits and lost 60 of them for nothing.
