You have to enter credit card info again if the selected pick up time in too soon. And what’s with having to enter a country when ordering in the US? It doesn’t have to be this painful to place an order!

Confusing App
I can’t figure out how to redeem my points. It says “start an order to redeem points”. I started an order and still couldn’t find a way to redeem my points for free chips. 😩
Terrible usability
The functionality of this app is extremely frustrating, especially when coming to payment methods. It lets you load gift cards, but you can only use one at a time. I loaded three smaller gift cards and when I tried to pay for a larger order, it forced me to ADD funds to my gift card in attempt to pay for the order. When I didn’t enter the exact dollar amount balance due, it kept cycling in failures until I gave up and just paid with a credit card. And now I’m not able to remove my gift cards; they’re all loaded and useless unless my order miraculously comes to exactly $25. If I have to bring my phone to pay in person it kind of defeats the entire purpose of an app. Was this functionality even tested??? UAT highly recommended for future development.

No Apple Pay!!
How can an app in 2024 not allow you to connect to a CC that is already on your phone?? Nothing worse than trying to enter name, address, and full CC info in a dark car that is traveling.

It’s a difficult site to work through. Setting a delivery location is miserable. Ordering is ok. Paying with a gift card is impossible
