Great teachers but poor customer service
I bought a class pack in the late spring and was told a few weeks afterward that the only class I can make on a regular basis was being cancelled for the summer, then at the end of the summer I found out it was cancelled permanently. I have asked repeatedly if my membership can be extended or part reimbursed but my requests have been ignored.
