Bikram Yoga with Chris
Just done my very first hot yoga. I am so happy, thanks for my friend Maria who suggested Bikram yoga. Chris is very nice and gentle in guiding us throughout the practice. Great atmosphere and people. Still have a long way to go. But I enjoyed it very much... can’t wait to do it again... thank you Chris, thank you Bikram yoga.
