I booked for a medical certificate that requires a consultation with a GP. I never received a call despite waiting from 9 AM until 12:30 PM. My card was charged for a service I did not receive. I contacted HotDoc, and it took them days to respond. Then, I was charged AGAIN this morning for a service I did not receive at ALL. I reached out to HotDoc, who directed me to call the “clinic.” After multiple calls that went straight to voicemail, I finally spoke to a guy who asked me to go through HotDoc! He even claimed that they called my phone but I did not answer, which is an outright LIE because I was waiting for their call the entire day on FRIDAY! I was given the runaround over my own money for a service I never received! Don’t book unless you want to be scammed! This new service needs to be managed by people, where customers are ONLY CHARGED IF THEY ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE SERVICE!

Best Doctors by a mile. I went in for a referral to get an X-ray on my ankle. Got that plus I got my Flu shot as well, also some other questions I had were answered. All the staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

Hot Doc is an easy app to use. Much quicker than ringing surgery for appointments. All details set out clearly on website. The appointment is then there for you to review later and can be added to your digital calendar. Would highly recommend.

I have been with Dr.Raghaven many years now. She is the most understanding and caring Doctor that any person could ever need. She is up to date with all procedures and treatments. I travel 100 klms to see her. Dr. Raghaven is highly recommended by my family.

Notifications
Deleted, the notifications are controlled by the clinic you visit, my docs 412yrs young, he had a pet Trex, do you honestly think he knows how to stop notifications and this app doesn’t allow you to request them removed or stop them, could and should be better and more thoughtfully developed.
