I must say that I have found that the app is extremely easy to use and navigate and it’s also very informative…
It was Covid-19, not Covid-26
Why does this app still ask if I’m under Covid-19 isolation or quarantine orders and links to a page that doesn’t even exist? Hilarious! 🤣. Also, it really shouldn’t have to ask if I have a Medicare card for the fiftieth time…
In addition, taking away the ability to cancel or change appointments in the app is a bad regression. Doesn’t this just increase the burden on receptionists for something that could and should be automated? It used to have this so why take it away?
