It is easy to navigate, straightforward and successful.

Can’t checkin. Says can’t find location even though enabled. Also fails using my partners phone.

Most invasive app
Sends sms every 5 minutes after any booking to make for unnecessary requests. And now also cancels appointments if you don’t respond within half an hour. Zero respect for privacy or time of patients. I hope doctors realize people shouldn’t be subjected to this and stop using this platform.

I can’t login to view messages despite all my information being correct. Even tried to delete and open a new account but still the same
Generally good, some annoyances
Works well for the most part and is actually my go to way to find a health professional if I don’t have a regular.
However, constantly putting in details is painful.
Firstly, you already have them all, so why can’t you send them to the health provider?
Secondly, given you don’t do that, you still have to complete it multiple times. The second place in a row I’ve filled out the information in the app then I arrive and they say “yeah you need to do it via this QR code, doesn’t matter you already did it in the app”
So either don’t collect it or do collect it and pass it on.
But definitely do not collect it but don’t pass it on. Very very annoying

Notifications are terrible
I would love to give this app 5 stars but the notifications are horrible.
Things that should be considered Time Critical disappear. There are no sounds to say a notification has been received & no badges at all. Badges are critical for me, otherwise I don’t remember to check. My last appointment didn’t even get the confirmation notification, which has never happened before.
I have to confirm my appointment twice, once a week before & then again the day before. Without suitable notifications, these confirmation notifications get lost.
Please at least get Badges happening!!!
