Chilly chicken boneless ordered today
I am quite surprised to see that half chilly chicken boneless delivered today around nine pm was eaten at around 9-30 pm. Shocked to see that the delivered food is rotten and spoiled. Day by day Empires food quality going down. No doubt more foot falls are in empire restaurants but this not because of your quality or best rates, it’s because we don’t have any other options. If you deliver spoiled food at such high rates, then the earned money one day will be spent on Hospials by Empire owners and rotten team. Better change maintain quality, reduce rates and give good service if you want God’s grace and peoples blessings. (Syed muneer- Ex Sub Inspector, Bengaluru)

Doesn’t make sense to order from their app, they don’t deliver food, delivery boys are rude and uncouth, no proper resolution provided by customer care, worst app and worst service.

Ordered basha fish and prawns ... not sure how they prepared ... too much salt ... too spicy and tasteless... this is the 2nd time we had experienced such bad quality of food

This restaurant has caused a lot of issues in our locality. The delivery bikes are parked on the footpath everyday. We had informed the management, and they did nothing to rectify this. The restaurant attracts a non family friendly crowd and operates late into the night. There are numerous no parking violations due to this.
No other establishment has been so problematic in our locality barring this place.

Pathetic and nonsense
2 quantity order placed at 1:30 AM for “Tawa shawarma” from Swiggy and it was reflecting your order is being prepared and surprisingly after 30 Mins of my wait a delivery boy gives me a call where The HSR Empire receptionist speaks and say the ordered food isn’t available at the resto and shall replace othr food to it and delivered me a bun full of cheese and mayo with 4 piec of chicken popcorn.. is it kind of a joke y do I have a food which I dnt even like or which I hvnt ordered... worst and a very pathetic service ever observed so far.

Tired placing an order but after adding to the cart, the add address page does not load kept waiting thinking its network issues but it didn’t work on mobile data and WiFi. Placed order through Zomato delivery
