Navigation Nightmare!
This would be a great app it wasn’t so hard to navigate. There’s no options for sharing a hotel listing that I could find. Not able to go back or forward from the hotel you were previously looking at, the web browser navigation is better than in the app. Also it would be helpful to be able to have a waiting list option if there were cancellations. Needs some fixes and then it would be a great app!

Great site, terrible interface
It’s a great fight, but once you find a room there is no ability to go back to searching again because there is no back button. You have to get out of the app completely. It’s so annoying I’m such an easy fix.
Impossible to navigate app
I'll keep this short. When searching for a room, the app makes it impossible to switch between properties to compare. This is a red flag for me as to the authenticity of the site. I hope this company hasn't hacked me.
Easy and actually legit
I noticed there aren’t any recent reviews so I wanted to make sure to leave one for 2025. I booked through the app for a long layover in Nashville. I had zero problems checking in. The front desk found the reservation and checked me in no problem! The app worked great and it was so smooth. Will 100% be using this again!

Great deals and point system. Trash app.
The app is so glitchy. They’re leaving money on the table! Works well on desktop but if I’m mobile I often use Dayuse because the HotelsByDay app is glitchy and impossible!

Doesn’t show upcoming reservations on login. Must go to profile, then search for all time to find it. Says invalid date when web version at least gives date. Can’t review reservation. Email confirmation only gives option to cancel not review. Web also doesn’t allow review only viewing property which doesn’t work in app. Only cheaper rate than DayUse for same property.

Easy to book and great stay
Had a very long layover in NYC and needed a place to rest for part of the day. Check in was easy and picked a great location so running errands was convenient.

Great service/experience
My AC in my apartment broke down during the most recent heatwave and the Union Station Hotel in Nashville came in handy. Cranked the AC, ordered food, and just hung out for the day working remotely. It was just what I needed. Staff was kind and courteous.

Massive app bug problem that ruined my trip
The app just wouldn’t load anything and I had to scramble to find another place on another app.
Imo, I wouldn’t trust this app for that reason alone. There are better, more reliable apps that offer the same thing at better prices without the hassle.
