Houlihan’s keeps sending emails that you can order with the app and pay with Apple Pay but when you click to order within the app all it does is open the website and you cannot pay with Apple Pay. Makes no sense.

Please update Houlihans app it has been 11 months sense it has been updated also introduce a rewards program for dinning at houlihans Coutomers would like to be able to earn points for every dollar spend and the points can be redeemed for free food thank you Andrew Klimek

Check the website instead
Almost everything you want in an app is available on the Houlihan’s website — menus, online ordering, etc., linked to your local store. The app has almost nothing. So skip the app and go to the website. Hopefully the company will develop the app a little bit someday.

So the only reason for this app to exist right now is to pay your check, and it can load the check just fine, but Apple Pay comes back as invalid payment method. C’mon folks get it together.

Offers don't show up
I have received multiple offers in my email including the one for my upcoming birthday. My email is linked but nothing shows up so this app is useless. No point having the app if I can just pull up the email separately.
