Reward didn’t work in app or online
I went to go use my reward for free bowl I had and it gave me an error so I couldn’t check out. I had to go to the store to order it in person.
Rewards won’t apply to a to go order
I have been given a free bowl, but when I try to use it I only get the error: Uh-Oh, error validating basket.
Don’t worry, it worked fine charging me full price when it refused to apply my reward.

Unable to redeem rewards
The free appetizer reward lists the sampler as the only exclusion. Trying to claim the reward for anything other than the fried green beans failed. The birthday BOGO doesn’t list any exclusions and only worked on one combination of bowls. Some items require a selection to opt out of an in. For example, the only way to add egg rolls is to choose the option for no sauce. This field should be optional or include an option to order them with sauce. The website allows ApplePay while the app doesn’t. It has been updated and is slightly better than the app, but it still has the reward system flaws.

Service was fine however could not get extra sauces or cups to take sauce home w leftovers. Only got 3 wraps for 2 people. No refills. No hot bowls for wraps or rice. Would not honor b day rewards. Been long standing customer for 15 yrs. Have done several fundraisers here for mission trips, but I’ll be honest it’s went straight hill
