Unable to redeem rewards
The free appetizer reward lists the sampler as the only exclusion. Trying to claim the reward for anything other than the fried green beans failed. The birthday BOGO doesn’t list any exclusions and only worked on one combination of bowls. Some items require a selection to opt out of an in. For example, the only way to add egg rolls is to choose the option for no sauce. This field should be optional or include an option to order them with sauce. The website allows ApplePay while the app doesn’t. It has been updated and is slightly better than the app, but it still has the reward system flaws.

Service was fine however could not get extra sauces or cups to take sauce home w leftovers. Only got 3 wraps for 2 people. No refills. No hot bowls for wraps or rice. Would not honor b day rewards. Been long standing customer for 15 yrs. Have done several fundraisers here for mission trips, but I’ll be honest it’s went straight hill

Awesome service
Our waitress, Shauna A. was absolutely awesome! We have had her as our waitress before and just loved the service she provided. Kept drinks filled explained things completely and checked on us often. We will be back.

Not Working Endless Wheel on screen
Have downloaded three times and upon opening the app freezes in intro page with working wheel endlessly circling. 🙄
Useless
Downloaded the app and signed up for rewards. Tried to use the reward they gave me on a mobile order and it said “oops error validating basket” like what is the point if i cant redeem it in the app? Now I have to go to the store and wait another 30+ min for them to make my food on my date night because this app doesnt work. Im sure whoever designed or tested this app is an absolute pile.

Good Food… Not So Good Service
Our family has been coming to Mongolian BBQ in Cleveland Hts at least 3x a year (every year) for our 3 sons’ birthdays for over 20 years (minus 2 Pandemic years.) To celebrate our youngest son’s 18th birthday he insisted on coming to Mongolian.
After being seated, we ordered an appetizer while we waited for our other guests. Either Brandon forgot to put our order in or the cook forgot to cook it; because after waiting longer than expected, I called him over and asked about it and he said “Oh yeah, I’ll check on that.” And it took another 12 minutes to come out.
-At 6:19 I ordered the General Tso’s Brussel Sprouts. It was placed on my table at 6:48. I’m sure it doesn’t take 29 minutes to prepare those Brussel Sprouts. And if it does, as good as they are, they should be removed the menu.
-We then had to track Brandon down & wait for silverware.
-We had to stop another server for straws because Brandon served us water without them and we couldn’t find him.
-He forgot to refill the “birthday boy’s” drink.
-Then we ordered dessert (Apple Pie Egg Rolls.) He brought over a plate of egg rolls w/ warm caramel sauce & ice cream AND NO SPOONS OR PLATES!
How were we supposed eat them, double-dip the sauce and pass around the ice cream for each of us to lick? We’re a very close family but we prefer our own servings.
We finally tracked Brandon down and asked for plates & spoons (after the ice cream started melting in the cup.) But still no spoons. My future daughter-in-law (who was also celebrating her birthday) walked over to the server’s station and asked for plates. She didn’t realize we were still without spoons. So she got up again and reminded Brandon and then he came over with spoons. Unfortunately, we were left with a cup melted cream that spilled over the cup.
Fortunately, our family has the ability to have a good time whenever we get together, no matter the circumstances. So instead of getting upset, we made jokes about the whole situation.
The food was good as usual; but it still wasn’t the Great Experience we usually have & EXPECTED when we come to celebrate at Mongolian BBQ.
I’ll think twice about the next time….

How my food went
Well everything was good but the glass that my water came in was very nasty.

i came in for free bday bowl w eewards app but this was in in my rewards to redeem. nor did i get an email. when i inquired about it they said they no longer do free bowls for bday but the table tent still lists you get it when u sign up. service was good but we were here for the bday rewards
