Wish there was a 5 minute heads up option available to toggle on or off before each hour, for those who need to be aware/pay attention that the top of the hour is about approaching.
Otherwise works pretty well, unless the app has an ad going, cause if so the alarm does not always go off each hour.

Does not work for truck driver who travels in different time zone every few hours
I had bad experience with this app not catching up to my phone time zone its displayed either behind or ahead current time zone.
