HOUSE AI, INCLUDED
House AI can answer house questions using the useful details selected for that request. It can help read an equipment label, explain a maintenance task, review an attached document, or prepare a useful update for your approval.
House AI can be wrong. Straightforward, explicit, low-risk facts may be remembered automatically and show an immediate View, Edit, and Undo receipt. Uncertain, sensitive, conflicting, incomplete, consequential, or unsupported changes remain review-gated. Exact addresses, serial numbers, photos, and documents stay out unless you deliberately include or select them.
LOCAL-FIRST, WITH OPTIONAL SHARING
You can keep a home only on one device, or Continue with Apple to protect it and invite another adult. Signing in alone never uploads, merges, or replaces a home. After you explicitly connect a home, structured records synchronize automatically across authorized devices. Supported Binder photos and PDFs use a separate encrypted Cloud Binder flow and can be shared with the household or kept private to their owner.
House Manual has no advertising tracking and does not sell personal data. See the in-app Privacy Policy for processing, retention, export, and deletion details.
House AI is included with House Manual in this release. A previous House Manual Plus purchase is not required to use it and remains managed separately by Apple.
