Good, but ditch the AI summaries
I enjoy the app compared to a lot of other real estate apps, but the AI summaries are so unnecessary; especially when they call $1.3 million homes “perfect starter homes”, it’s out of touch at best. Just stick to the human written ones, half of those are probably already done with ChatGPT 😅.

I really hate it that when I’m looking for renting a house and I end up seeing a house the size of a shoebox.
Absolute garbage
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! My husband and I are looking for a place to rent. I was told to use this app. I have put in about 8 different requests for viewings and not one agent has responded. We have lost out on at least 4 different properties at this point. My advice, join local rental groups in your area and work with an agent from there. We move into our new place May 1st thanks to our agent

fix the need to log in multiple times a day! 😏 (OLD REVIEW: App has removed the ability to see the image gallery for the property. This is half of the app's value, wiped out. Terrible "update" to remove core functionality. Also, no acknowledgement of it!!!)

Option to filter out basements
Hi, please provide an option to filter out basements as it is very hard to find out with photos. Most of the time it is mentioned anywhere
