Terrible company
To give this company a 1 star review is even too much, me and my housemates paid everything on time, yet we had no wifi for months, and don’t bother contacting them because they take 4 weeks to respond through emails and you would be better off finding water in the desert then them answering the phone, from the first month we had constant issues with them and even until we moved out the wifi wasn’t properly fixed, as a university student good luck studying or sitting online exams, you would think that’s all but no, they don’t even pay the water bills even though it’s literally their only job, Welsh water sent us a letter and we had to end up doing it ourselves, and of course they decide to charge everyone an early termination fee for THEIR mistake, and a wifi booster that they sent and TOLD you to leave in the house? Absolutely not, they’ll charge you an insane amount for that too, so it’s completely okay if they shaft you , they still want your money, how incompetent could a single company possibly be, all your job consists of is taking money and giving it elsewhere. It is not rocket science, but apparently that’s too hard for you to do either.

Difficult to deal with
We chose housr as we thought they’d make things easier to sort out our bills. Unfortunately from the get go we had multiple issues that they have now tried to charge us for now the tenancy has ended. Firstly we had no wifi for the first month of our tenancy which they still charged us for until we spoke with support. Housr also did no pay Welsh water for 3 months so we had to cancel and pay Welsh water directly which housr then charged us for “early water termination”. Overall do not recommend, difficult to get things done and a lot of issues

The map feature and easy layout makes it so easy to find student homes from the first viewing to signing the lease. Additionally some great student discounts. Couldn’t recommend more for students looking for houses!
Fantastic app
As a first year finding housing was really hard. This app showed everything in one place. User friendly and all you need to find a house for your time at university.
Junk
Good reviews must be fake. The app has barely any houses. Landlords don’t use the app, they never respond on here. The bills management is a scam, just manage your own bills as house will charge a service fee. The deals are okay, but better deals on uni days etc.
Would definitely recommend!
Simple, easy and does exactly what you need it too! What isn’t there to love ? Made finding a house a whole lot easier :)))
